Cleaning solutions for different tank sizes.

Choose from ten Shieldmedical ultrasonic cleaners for compatible water-immersible items and parts. The range includes a compact 0.8L timer-controlled unit and digital heated models from 2L to 30L, all listed at 40kHz.
Nominal tank capacities range from 0.8L to 30L. Select a tank that accommodates your items with adequate clearance.
Ultrasonic cavitation acts through a water-based cleaning solution to help remove dirt from accessible surfaces and crevices.
Digital heated models offer adjustable temperature settings up to 80°C. Heating raises the solution temperature; the unit does not actively cool the liquid.
The 2L–30L digital configuration provides Normal and Gentle/Soft modes for different cleaning requirements. Use only with items suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
The 2L–30L digital models provide a Degas mode to help remove dissolved air from newly prepared cleaning solution.
The 2L–30L control panel displays temperature and cleaning time. The supplied manual describes recall of the previous time and temperature settings.
Heat, Degas, Gentle and temperature memory apply to the 2L–30L digital configuration.

Tank capacity is nominal; usable fill volume is lower. Paired ultrasonic power figures are reproduced as listed in the supplied specifications and are not assigned to Normal/Gentle modes or rated/peak power. UC-SM1010 specifications follow the model-specific manual table. Confirm the ordered configuration and electrical nameplate.

For compatible water-immersible instruments, laboratory items, jewelry and mechanical parts. Confirm suitability with the item manufacturer. Cleaning does not replace required sterilization or disinfection.
Place items in the basket rather than directly on the tank bottom. Fill within the model’s specified levels, keep the lid on during use and never operate without liquid. Unplug before filling or emptying, allow hot solution to cool before handling, and wipe the tank dry after use. Follow the instructions supplied with the ordered model.
UC-SM1010 has a simplified start/timer panel. The manual lists 35W ultrasonic power, no heating, and 180/300/600-second timer settings. Heated digital-model features do not apply to this unit.
The supplied manual describes a drainage valve for units of 6L and above. For this listed range, request confirmation for the 6.5L–30L models; the 0.8L–4.5L units should not be assumed to include one.
Ultrasonic cleaning is a cleaning step. Where sterilization or disinfection is required, follow the instrument manufacturer’s reprocessing instructions and the applicable validated process.
The price list gives 110V or 220V options at 50–60Hz. Specify the supply version when ordering and use only the voltage shown on the unit’s nameplate.
Use a compatible water-based solution and follow the instructions for the item and cleaning agent. The manual prohibits alcohol, gasoline and other flammable solutions and cautions against strongly acidic or alkaline solutions.
The manual says not to run continuously for more than one hour at a time. Follow the model-specific instructions for operating intervals and temperature control.
