Oil-free compression

Oil-free compressor units provide an air source for compatible dental CAD/CAM equipment.

Three tank sizes

Choose a 40L vertical tank, a 60L horizontal tank or a 90L horizontal tank to suit your installation.

Air dryer options

DC-SM02, DC-SM04 and DC-SM06 include an air dryer. The supplied catalog also shows a condenser on these configurations.

One to three compressor units

Each compressor unit is listed at 1.38 kW. The dual and triple configurations have combined rated motor power of 2.76 kW and 4.14 kW.

5–8 bar working range

The supplied catalog lists a working pressure range of 0.5–0.8 MPa. The quotation lists 8 bar for all models.

One-year warranty

Airflow values are listed at 5 bar. Actual usable flow depends on pressure, installation and air-treatment configuration. For models with an air dryer, confirm the flow available after air treatment and the air-quality requirements of the connected equipment. Noise values are declared in the supplied specifications; measurement conditions should be confirmed.

Which model is suitable for my milling machine?

Share the milling machine model, required airflow at operating pressure, duty cycle, electrical supply and air-quality requirements. Selection should be based on those requirements rather than tank capacity alone.

Which models include an air dryer?

DC-SM02 (40L), DC-SM04 (60L) and DC-SM06 (90L) are listed with an air dryer. DC-SM01, DC-SM03 and DC-SM05 are the configurations without a dryer and condenser shown in the catalog.

Can one compressor serve several machines?

The total simultaneous demand and required outlet pressure must be checked. The supplied documents do not specify a guaranteed number of connected milling machines.

What air quality does the system deliver?

The compressors are specified as oil-free, with air dryer options. The supplied documents do not state a tested pressure dew point or an ISO 8573-1 air-quality class. Confirm the required specification before purchase.

Are voltage and frequency specified?
